The 2026 Art Directors Guild Awards list is a craft-specific public record, useful for distinguishing the design departments that build a film’s physical and visual world from celebrity-driven awards coverage.

Public record and scope

The Art Directors Guild says its 30th Annual ADG Awards winners were announced on February 28, 2026, with nominees and winners organized across film and television design classifications. The award program’s rules describe how eligible U.S. and Canadian film, television, commercial and music-video productions are evaluated under applicable IATSE agreement conditions. Those award conditions should not be generalized to every show or every design worker.

Why credits are workforce information

Production design is not a single job title. The work connects production designers, supervising art directors, art directors, assistant art directors, set designers, scenic and graphic specialists, researchers, illustrators and construction partners. Exact crew classifications and credit records should be verified against official title-by-title listings. Public award records may provide a useful map of working department teams and craft recognition, but they do not create a database of available employees.

Follow-through for the Hollywood OS

Tag a story by Art & Design as its primary category. For any production named in subsequent reports, link its official design credits when available and cross-reference the relevant verified production record. Data points: awards year; category; credited production; credited individual or team; verified source URL. Avoid conflating guild membership with training eligibility, workforce availability or open recruitment.
