Hiring Signal classifications represent Socialbilitty’s editorial assessment of available information at the time of publication.

Hiring Readiness and Confirmed Opportunities
Socialbilitty may use editorial classifications such as Hiring Readiness to describe the strength of available workforce-related indicators.

- Harvest worker contact information
- Misrepresent a commercial service as an official hiring channel
- Falsely imply Socialbilitty endorsed a worker, employer, recruiter, service, or opportunity
- Circumvent union, guild, roster, referral, dispatch, or hiring requirements
- Present strikebreaking recruitment as ordinary employment activity
Socialbilitty may reject, remove, restrict, or report activity that appears designed to exploit workers or workforce access.
Automated Access, Scraping, and Data Extraction
Unless expressly authorized by Socialbilitty in writing or permitted by applicable law, you may not:
- Scrape the Services
- Crawl the Services through unauthorized automated systems
- Harvest data
- Copy structured databases
- Systematically extract Film & Television Trade Signals
- Systematically extract Film & Television Hiring Signals
- Republish substantial portions of Content
- Build a substitute publication or service
- Circumvent access controls
- Evade rate limits
- Use bots to submit forms
- Harvest personal information
- Reconstruct Socialbilitty datasets
- Monitor the Services through unauthorized automated means
Ordinary search-engine indexing consistent with Socialbilitty’s published technical instructions is permitted.
Socialbilitty may use technical, contractual, or legal measures to restrict unauthorized automated access.
Artificial Intelligence and Automated Model Use
Public access to Content does not by itself grant permission to use Socialbilitty Content, data, classifications, taxonomies, frameworks, or databases to:
- Train an artificial-intelligence model
- Fine-tune a commercial model
- Build commercial embeddings
- Populate a commercial retrieval system

Your Responsibility for Submissions

- The amount paid directly to Socialbilitty for the specific public Trade Desk Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability; or
- One hundred dollars ($100)
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability to the extent arising from fraud, willful injury, or other conduct for which applicable law prohibits contractual limitation.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations.
In those jurisdictions, the applicable limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

A contributor, source, advertiser, sponsor, partner, or user may not bind Socialbilitty unless expressly authorized to do so.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with policies and additional terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing the public Trade Desk Services.
Separate written agreements may govern:
- Paid contributors
- Advertising
- Sponsorship
- Media partnerships
- Events
- Licensing
- Research
- Commercial services
- Application accounts
- Other Socialbilitty products
When a valid separate agreement directly conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for its specific subject matter.

When you contact Socialbilitty electronically, Socialbilitty may respond electronically.
