Reporting status: Company announcement and studio service information verified; live stage bookings and employment openings not independently confirmed.
Los Angeles production-services company Line 204 is promoting a location at Television City, bringing its production-truck, communications and supply operation into one of the city’s best-known working studio campuses at Beverly Boulevard and Fairfax Avenue.
The announcement is significant for producers and production managers because it connects studio space with the practical services required to get cameras rolling. It does not establish that new sound stages were constructed, that all listed stages are currently vacant, or that the company has announced crew hiring.
What Line 204 announced
In a January 2026 social-media announcement, Line 204 said it had established a presence at Television City, describing an offering that encompasses trucks, communications, production supplies and studio facilities. The company specifically advertised access to two 18,000-square-foot stages and two 13,000-square-foot stages, along with support space, parking and production amenities. Those stage sizes are taken from Line 204’s own published description and should be confirmed directly before a rental commitment.
Line 204’s established production-rental business serves commercial, film, television and photo shoots, including production trailers, cube trucks, vans and other equipment transportation. Its Television City presence is a service and access announcement, not an independently verified report of four newly built stages.
Why it matters to the Los Angeles Thirty-Mile Studio Zone
Television City sits at 7800 Beverly Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90036, in the Fairfax district and within the Los Angeles Thirty-Mile Studio Zone. For a production office, having stage space, vehicle support, communications and expendable supplies available through nearby service providers can simplify dispatch, equipment coordination and day-to-day logistics. But availability, pricing, vendor scope, insurance requirements and stage access must all be confirmed with the operators for each project.
These are precisely the services on which Los Angeles commercial shoots, episodic television and film production depend. A broader vendor footprint can support the existing production ecosystem; by itself, it does not prove an increase in actual shoot days or crew employment.
Television City’s separate modernization questions
Television City has also been the subject of the TVC 2050 modernization and historic-preservation plan. That longer-term development program is separate from Line 204’s offering. Reports in July 2026 raised financing and potential-sale questions surrounding the studio property; a services announcement should not be read as confirmation that the redevelopment is proceeding on schedule.
The broader supplier landscape matters as well. Socialbilitty previously examined Cinelease’s acquisition of Quixote gear assets and its implications for the Los Angeles production supply chain. Both stories highlight how the organization of studio services, rental equipment and vendor access affects production logistics in the TMZ.
What producers and crews should verify
Producers considering the facilities should check directly which stages are bookable for their dates, what is included in each package, how trucks and rentals are handled, and which services are provided by Line 204 versus the Television City lot operator. Crews should not treat this company announcement as a job posting; production-specific staffing remains unverified.
